Other Considerations
Depending on your own personal idea of what education
should be, you may find yourself thinking about other
education options for your child/children.
Or you may find yourself like Juanita Doyon, and want to really get involved in public education in
order to make a difference.
Maybe you are just looking for ideas.
In any case, you may want resources for further
consideration.
The important thing is to stay involved with the dialog, to
let your State department know your concerns. No
matter what educational choices we make for our children
(private, public, home school, or alternative), we all have to
pull together for the children to voice our opinions about the
use of high-stakes tests.
